Dr. Neha Desai
DDS, MPH
Dr. Desai is a skilled and compassionate dentist with over 15 years of clinical experience providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She is known for her gentle approach, clear communication, and ability to help patients—especially those with dental anxiety—feel comfortable and supported.
She earned her Master of Public Health in Florida and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Colorado. Dr. Desai began her dental career in Colorado, where she gained valuable experience treating diverse patient populations. She later moved to Ontario, where she has been practicing for more than 15 years.

With her warm and welcoming demeanor, she strives to provide care that not only resolves immediate concerns but also promotes lasting oral health.
As the owner of the practice, Dr. Desai is proud to be a part of the St. Catharines community. She is dedicated to supporting local families and contributing to the health and well-being of the community she calls home.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Desai enjoys hiking, painting, writing, and exploring local art and culture with her husband and their dog, Stella.

Dr. Noha Elwardany
DDS
Dr. Elwardany has a strong sense of understanding for her patients which allows them to feel comfortable and reassured. She is a compassionate dentist with almost 20 years of hands on dental practice as well as academic contribution. Dedicated to providing optimum quality of patient care, she is continuously staying up to date on the most current clinical procedures.
She holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and masters in endodontics. She is also accredited by the National Dental Examining Board (NDEB) of Canada.

Clinic Manager
Boyanna began her dental career over 15 years ago. She loves helping patients and staff; her bubbly, positive and can-do attitude is the added warmth to our Carlton Dental team.
She helps patients in every way possible to make their visit effortless. She is reliable and empathetic; patients can feel reassured that their visit from start to end will be well taken care of.
Boyanna loves to travel, and spend time with her family.

Jo is a Registered Dental Hygienist caring for patients in the Niagara Region. Jo pursues prevention, comfort, and education, helping patients feel at ease while supporting their long-term oral health. Patients appreciate his approachable manner and calm presence, which help create a welcoming environment.
Outside the clinic, Jo has volunteered with the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary on Lake Erie and the Build Your Smile Dental Foundation, reflecting his commitment to giving back to the community. In his free time, he enjoys music and the connections it brings with others.

Tanya has been a certified dental assistant for more than 20 years.
Her cheerful and calm personality connects her with patients and immediately makes them feel at ease. Tanya spends her free time with family, and enjoys camping excursions.

Yosra is a certified as both a teeth whitening technician and dental assistant and is always providing compassionate care with a smile.
